Dr. Scott, evaluated an eye disease I had that separated the cornea from the eye. He had me monitored with an eye surgeon until the condition cleared up. On a less serious note he treated my dry eye systems. He did not want me scratching my eye balls which I was doing. He is very personable. I have a lot of confidence in their family company. This practice is amazing...quick to see you, kind and thorough. I had an urgent issue yesterday and hadn't been to an eye doctor ever. I want to share my experience with The Roswell Eye Clinic. The clinic was highly recommended to me about ten years ago. it is not in my neighborhood but, nevertheless, I made an appointment there. And, so, for a decade, Dr. Scott Moscow, has been my optometrist. I can only speak of Roswell Eye Clinic in superlative terms. The staff could not be more kind and efficient. I know that I am receiving superior eye care from a very competent doctor. The clinic is usually quite busy but I have never felt rushed. When I needed to have cataract surgery, the doctor went out of his way to make certain that I had an excellent referral to an ophthalmologist. In addition, the eyeglass department has a broad selection of frames and the persons who assist the patient could not be more helpful. After assessing him, Dr Moscow agreed that he could benefit from eye therapy and got us established with Melissa Snyder, COVT for vision therapy. Melissa is the best! My daughter has wanted contact lenses for over a year. The first time she was not able to put them in herself or take them out, and therefore could not get them. At this years appointment, she was excited and hopeful. Due to having nails that were too long (and fake), she could not get the contacts in or out. April worked with her and April encouraged her to shorten her nails and come back in the next week. My daughter followed up and was able to get them in, out and back in again! My daughter has been receiving vision therapy from Melissa and Samantha for 6-7 weeks. Purchased a pair of Oakley frames a number of months ago and recently noticed a nose pad was missing. Stopped by Roswell Eye Clinic yesterday and was immediately met by Derek, optician, as I was checking in at the front desk. Great service, Great staff. I had picked up my 2 pairs of glasses on 04/09. Whereas they needed to transfer my new lenses into my frames. I was there at 5:30 and they close at 6. I did not realize how long it takes to do them. Greg Heidvet stayed beyond the 6pm closing to do both pairs. I had told him that if he could do one that would be fine. I would come back for the other. But he insisted on doing it. I think that it is great that he placed such emphasis on accomodating a customer. People like him are many times, hard to find.read more

This is without a doubt the best eye clinic, not only in Metro Atlanta, but anywhere I have gone! When you walk in the door, everyone greets you with a smile, from the front desk attendants to the techs to the doctors to the opticians. I have been coming here for 3 years now, and although some of the staff has changed, the warm and helpful atmosphere has not! Nicole is the main reason I keep coming back! She is one of the opticians and she is EXTREMELY helpful, professional, and very fun to talk football with!! Her greatest attribute though is her honesty. She doesn't try to upsell you on all the different "add-ons" for your glasses. If you tell her you're not interested in them, she accepts your decision and moves on. However, if you are interested in any of them, she takes the time to explain each in detail and helps you make the best decision based on how your glasses/sunglasses play a part in your daily lifestyle. I recently bought my fourth pair of glasses from them and was trying to decide if I wanted my sunglasses polarized. Nicole took the time to show me the difference between regular sunglasses and polarized ones by pulling images up online, along with grabbing pairs of sunglasses they had in the store. She asked me specific questions about my lifestyle that help me make an informed decision, and I am so happy with the choice I made! Dr. Ashley Sprouse is also very friendly, is patient with answering as many questions as you may have, and remembers my mom and I each time we come in! I took my mom, the patient, in for an eye exam and potential glasses purchase yesterday. We were 30 min early and took us immediately any way. Channel, the initial eye exam assistant, led with an enormous bright smile and a kind manner, being very gentle with my mom and understanding as my mom is hard of hearing. Then Dr. Sarah Flanagan came for the eye exam was just delightful and pleasantly surprising. She even laughed hardily at the jokes my mom told. Last, we worked with Greg Hendrix, L.D.O., Licensed Dispensing Optician. Loved everything about this experience!! I was happy with my previous optical unit but had to switch due to insurance changes at work. I am absolutely delighted with my new choice. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I didn’t need to fill out any additional paperwork. They checked me in immediately, took my insurance and ID card information then I sat in the very busy waiting area. I was called back in less than 5 minutes and stepped through all the tests by the technician (Zack?) who was super friendly. When he was done he left me in the optician’s chair where Dr. Noorani came in within 3 minutes or less. Dr. Noorani is awesome. She is extremely personable and very efficient in her exam approach. I got a huge laugh out of receiving the “healthiest eyes I’ve seen today” award. 😂 I don’t have a complex prescription but I’m never sure how it will be received when I don’t order my glasses at the facility. I got zero pushback and got my printed prescription on my way out the door. Everyone I encountered at this practice share some common traits that I really, really like. This was my first to the optometrist in years. Dr. Noorani performed a thorough eye exam for both glasses and contacts. I appreciated how approachable and helpful she was throughout the exam. After the initial exam, I was asked to return to the clinic to practice inserting and removing my contact lenses. My 8 year old son just completed 12 weeks of vision therapy with Melissa Snyder. He ALWAYS looked forward to his weekly sessions with her and she was so patient and engaging with him. Megan Mashburn was very delightful. I walked in and went straight to the Chanel counter. As I’m trying on a couple frames I looked around to get some assistance but everyone was super busy. In the middle of her walking to the back she noticed me standing by Chanel. She approached me and offered to help me by giving me a tray since I was juggling a couple frames. I thought that was very thoughtful and shows she can multi task. I work in retail myself and I know the 2 min rule for every customer. I find that when I go into certain stores I get stereotyped and no one wants to help. Megan didn’t care about that and I waited for her to finish up with her customer. With that being said, I found the pair I was looking for only because she told me they had more in the drawer. In the midst of us talking we found out we share the same birthday. April 8th was a great day for me as it was my first visit to Roswell Eye Clinic! My friend recommended this clinic for my next eye exam because for years I had gone to the big box stores for eye exams. I met with Dr Scott, Katie, Beth and Lee. Although I am not an expert in optometry, I knew Dr Scott was providing top notch service and a thorough eye examination. I knew I had some vision issues, but Dr Scott was quickly able to access and address those issues without making me feel hopeless about my vision. I am now able to see what I want with the help of glasses and contacts. My night vision is improving and I no longer feel anxious about my vision and the health of my aging eyes! Dr Scott and his staff are personable, professional and knowledgeable. December 2020: I encountered Zoe at Roswell Eye Clinic when I called to ask if my husband and I had any leftover benefits that could be used yet this year. Zoe was able to look up this information on the spot, clearly explain how the policy worked and provide the information I needed. Above and beyond, however, Zoe volunteered to print and mail to me the policy’s patient prices for every detail involved in the selection of lens features. Since we have found our insurance company’s benefit information elusive with regard to such details, Zoe’s additional effort has been immeasurably helpful. Thank you, Zoe! 2018: Optician Greg Hendrix really knows his stuff and is a delight to work with. I asked Greg to help me by choosing frames he thought would complement my face shape, hair color and complexion. He reviewed my insurance coverage and encouraged me to look first at those frames covered at no cost. From these he pulled out various frames, quickly honing in on several very complimentary ones from which I easily made a choice. Thankfully, found Roswell Eye Clinic after trying a handful of other places locally over the last few years. Wish we’d found them sooner! Great service from all the staff on the medical side and in the billing team too (which, is not always common!) They are super responsive to questions, and have had good appointment availability when I needed care beyond just my routine check up. They were also patient and supportive with lots of sample pairs of lenses and repeat visits when I was trying to get fit for contacts as that has always been a challenge for my eyes. And, my family loves Megan in the frames shop. She is SO knowledgeable about insurance coverage, clear in how she explains the pricing, and honest about if a frame is flattering on you. I recently visited Roswell Eye Clinic for my annual eye exam. April took me back to do my initial tests. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Usually it takes a couple of tries to get the 'puff test' (that's what I call it) completed, but April was able to get it on the first try - with both eyes. Distractions are a good thing when you have to take eye tests. Megan has helped me twice since going to REC for my glasses. She is not there to just 'sell, sell, sell'. She will give you an honest answer about whether your glasses are right for your face and she takes the time to explain how your prescription will fit on the frames to help you make a better decision. If you have bad eyes like me, you'll find out how those tiny frames won't work and why. She will ask you how you like to wear your glasses on your face (all the way to the top of your nose or just slightly down the nose) before assuming and then getting glasses that won't work for you. I definitely recommend you seek out Megan if you need to get new glasses. She's amazing!read more

She knows me more than I do! I am very indecisive. I couldn't decide which color and shape are the best for me. I changed my decision every 2 minutes. The colors/sizes that I like were not available in store at that time. Megan ordered two pairs of glasses with two different colors so that if I wanted to change my decision in the last minute (when glasses arrive), I still could do so. Dr. Michelle Moscow has provided such an amazing and pleasant experience for our family with such individualized attention greeting us in the waiting room and such special care for my son even during the pandemic. Eye therapy works! We worked with Melissa last year for eye therapy for my son - he was seeing double when reading - and within a few short visits his reading drastically improved! So grateful that eye therapy was an option for him. He doesn't need his glasses at all now (although I still make him wear them for longer tests). We are so thankful for Melissa - she's caring, thoughtful, and fun! My kids always go visit her first before any eye exam to say hello and catch up with her and look at her new therapy games/lessons.read more

Today was my first time going to Roswell Eye Clinic for an exam. I can honestly say I would not go anywhere else. The man I spoke with on the phone helped me set an appointment for my mother, brother, and myself. He also made sure that each of our appointments were 15-minutes apart so that we could all get our exams done at the same time. Dr. Shadow and the tech that conducted my exam were both very informative and took their time to answer my questions. Lastly, Lee, the guy that helped my mother and me pick out new frames and lenses was AWESOME! Not only was he informative; he was also very friendly and took time to make sure all of our questions were answered. Greg Hendrix is an amazing employee at the Eye Clinic. I am constantly needing adjustments to my glasses because I'm hard on them. Greg is my go to guy. I call ahead to be sure he's working that day. I don't want anyone else to adjust my glasses because he is that good. I'm always a walk in and will wait any amount of time so I can see him. I've also ordered at least four pairs of glasses through him which is about a ten year span. I'm ready for another pair and he just did my estimates which included a special payment plan for seniors or others who don't have good insurance, or any insurance at all. I have previously been a patient at Thomas Eye Group (I have retinal eye disease), but I was becoming increasingly frustrated in my optometry experiences there. My most recent pair of contact lenses were really bothering me (I have highly specialized gas perm. lenses that must be cleaned daily and are very expensive). I was not getting the kind of attention and expertise that I wanted, so I switched and tried out Roswell Eye Clinic. I WAS AMAZED. I sat in their waiting room for less than five minutes before I was called back, and then Dr. Scott Moscow took the time to very patiently sit with me, go over my eye history, and provide some wonderful options. He then took the time to make sure that I got the proper diagnosis for why my contact lenses were bothering me so badly, and scheduled another visit to fit me for some highly-personalized Scleral contact lenses. At subsequent appointments, he - literally - spent HOURS with me, showing me how to use the lenses, offering demos, and checking and re-checking all of my measurements. I have never EVER received this kind of personalized treatment at Thomas Eye, and I"m kicking myself that I didn't come to Roswell Eye Clinic sooner. I have rarely ever found an eye doctor who was so concerned that his patients were getting the absolute best treatment. The man was simply not satisfied until I was seeing better than I ever have in my entire life. I'm so grateful to Dr. Moscow and the entire team at Roswell Eye Clinic. Mr. Hendrix, that is Greg Hendrix, a certifiable L.D.O ( licensed Dispensing Optician ) was such a great help. When deciphering through what glasses frame to choose, he gave much needed opinions on each one of them. I eventually decided to buy a new look, and it looks great. He gave a date of when to pick the frame up, and sent me on my way. I was very happy with the service that I received. There was absolutely no waiting period. They call us to the room as soon as we checked in. The devices were all clean and sanitized. Staffs were polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable personnel and everybody was working as a team. Great culture in the office. We were greeted by the vision person for our glasses. Her name was Megan. She is wonderful. She will be my reason to go back to this office just because she was an unimaginable wonderful kind and humble person I have ever met in my life.
