Dr. Sharon Berger Moscow
Dr. Sharon Berger has been in private practice at Roswell Eye Clinic since 1980. She is the owner of the six doctors practice that includes Dr. William Moscow (husband), Dr. Scott Moscow (son) and Dr. Michelle Moscow (daughter). Dr. Berger is a Member of the American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association, Neuro Optometric Rehabilitation Association, Optometric Extension Program and College of Optometrist in Vision Development (COVD).
Dr. Berger received her fellowship in COVD in 1983. She has served as the first chairperson for Infant and Children’s Vision Committee of Georgia (2004-2005), State Director for COVD, Trustee for Southern College of Optometry (2008-2017) and Trustee of the Georgia Optometric Association (2016-2019). Additionally, she has served on the advisory boards for the Porter School and Chrysalis School in Roswell, Georgia.
Dr. Berger has given various lectures to parents, teachers, counselors, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Pathologists, support groups and rehabilitation centers. She published a chapter in Vision and Sensory Integration and wrote an article on vision and learning for Kids Enabled Magazine. She has been interviewed for various newspaper articles regarding vision therapy including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. She has also been featured on multiple local television stories on vision and in a Web MD video about vision therapy/amblyopia.
In her spare time, Dr. Berger volunteers with Special Olympics, Lions Club, Vision USA, InfantSee and Lighthouse for the Blind.
