Dr. William “Billy” Moscow

Dr. William “Billy” Moscow graduated University of Georgia in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and a major in Biological Science. He graduated Southern College of Optometry in 1978 with a Doctorate in Optometry.

Dr. Moscow founded the Roswell Eye Clinic in 1979. He has been committed to providing the highest quality eye care to adults and children for over 40 years. Dr. Billy Moscow is an expert in prescribing specialty contact lenses for patients with dry eyes, keratoconus, post surgical corneal astigmatism and bifocals (presbyopia). He is one of the premier fitters of orthokeratology/CRT, gas permeable contact lenses, SynergEyes hybrid contact lenses and the newest scleral contact lenses. Roswell Eye Clinic is one of the few clinics in the United States that is currently fitting the Synergeyes Duette and Scleral multifocal lenses.

Since 1979, Dr. Moscow has been a continuous member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.

His hobbies and community service include receiving his Private Airplane Pilot’s License in 1967. He has also obtained his instrument rating and commercial Helicopter Pilot’s License. Through aviation, he performs many missions of community service including actively volunteering with Angel Flight which provides free transportation for needy patients.  Dr. Billy Moscow also volunteers for the American Cancer Society, Fulton County Police Department and many other charitable organizations.
